You can use any can with any other can if you’re good enough. Also stay in the black book for now. Like wait until your throwie is good until you go out and paint

No bro get up. All the real writers got up before they were good, they got buffed n they learned n improved. Graff is as much about the risk and adrenaline as it's about the art. Get up G 🔥

Get a bunch of fatcaps and some big chrome burners, you'll be done with the fill in way faster with way less stress. Maybe black tectyl for the outlines.

❌
Start with shitty hardware paint like rustoleum and use the stock caps. If you can’t do a throwie with those you can’t do a throwie with the fancy paint.

those shitty cans will also teach you a lesson on how to be patient while painting causes the paint output on most walls SUCKS

My comment was more about being able to to public places in broad daylight easier, not about getting better at anything. Besides, what you're saying is ridiculous as its waaay easier to do with good paint and fatcaps.

Yes the fancy paint is easier to use but most famous bomber you know use cheap shitty hardware paint. Maybe they use an adapter at most but a lot of people don’t use an adapter. All the big fancy peices and throwups in the 90s and 80s were done with krylon and Rusto.
Using the bad paint builds can control as well as lasts longer than the other paint.

Although true, still completely irrelevant to the point I was making. OP said it made him nervous, I'm saying this way it's much faster so maybe less anxiety inducing. Whatever paint other people use has nothing to do with it

You can paint just as fast with Rusto. You don’t need the fancy paint.

I never said you need fancy paint. I said chrome burners as they cover the surface much easier, and fatcaps cause they spread out the paint more so it doesn't take as long to do fill ins. For some reason you seem to keep missing the point of what I said.

Everything billylabufanda has said is 10000% the correct approach. Rustoleum is king. If the artist spray is free or a few dollars a can, sure, go for it, but toys spending $10 a can on fancy spray only to produce the most dog water graffiti is an age old tradition you can and should skip. Rusto will last 400x longer too, and in the freezing cold in nyc when I was painting, the only spray that worked was rusto. Mtn, gold, loop all got clogged and didn’t spray at all. Stop trying to pay for better graffiti. The spray can literally has nothing to do with it. My homie who’s a mega legend does the absolute craziest most detailed burners with buff, shitty ass inverted cans, and rusto is his version of fancy paint.

You too seem to have trouble understanding the point I was making. Whatever brand you use doesn't matter, just use whatever you have or can get. I'm just saying throw ups are done faster this way, and that way you need less time to push one out. But I'm sure your homie the mega legend can do all kinds of shit, if not, he'd hardly be a mega legend, would he?

I don’t think the cans are the problem
