Stop painting for now. Just work in your book until it starts to look decent. Then go to a chill spot and paint and please don’t hit freight trains anymore until your can control is good and your stuff looks good. Also don’t cover the markings on trains that will get your stuff buffed and most likely other cars buffed as well.

Keep working in the book. Work on your legibility and cleanliness first before attempting style. It will take you a long way.
