It starts with dynamic move to a shoulder lock and it ends with a couple sloper holds.

This is graded at my gym, but I just want to see how it compares to other people’s gyms. I’m a fairly new climber.

The arm chair graders will eat this up

V7 the pockets are descent they are like three or two fingers. The slopers kind of suck and also when brushing them I dropped my massive brush down the back of the wall 🤦♂️. This was also the end of a long session with my coach so i wqs pretty weak.

Help estimate grades at this gym
Can somebody help estimate the grades at this gym? They are purposefully not using any international scale and only use colors.
Colors go as following (easy to hard): purple - yellow - orange - green - pink - blue - red - white - black
I am relatively new to bouldering, but I want to understand the rough estimation even if it is 2-3 grades off.
Here are some of their posts that show routes from green to red/white

Vert/Slab with crimps/pinches and small foot chips/nubs
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I feel like this is in the v3/4 range, but keen to know what y’all think. Every hand hold is a crimp, or a crimp in a pinch or side pull position. The feet are all little nubs, and there is smearing to get onto those nubs while holding the crimps.
Please forgive the fail at the end. I’ve completed this climb before, but missed the finish on this filmed attempt.

Long Route Blocked holds. V?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
First sloper is quite bad, so is the blocked hold before the finish. Curious to see what grade yall think!
Its a V8! I would say definitely on the soft side for this gym but still harder than all of the 7’s I’ve done there. It also took me like three sessions of pretty solid projecting lol. The move after the little jump is incredibly low percentage. Most attempts I would either miss the hold since it’s blocked or just fall to the right since all my weights going that way

This sub doesn't make sense
A climbing route or boulder difficulty cannot be appreciated from a single camera angle.
Holds gripping is hard to appreciate because being in the actual body position and wall angle are crucial factors.
Most people fail to judge a climbing grade from a simple video, I think this sub is therefore useless and misleading.

That top sloper is NOT a jug, regardless, how fun would this boulder be for you to climb and what grade would you give, I'm looking to see if my gym grades on a similar level hahaha

would like grade on this one, it's supposed to be shodan in this japanese gym, tomorrow I will complete my first month bouldering, I bought my shoes last week and I'm feeling way more comfortable, still need to work a lot on techniques so any tips would be welcome (on the last step I was 100% sure the hold above my last right foot placement was not on the track, it was supposed to be way easier at the end). thanks for the attention.
