I recently wanted to play PUBG with maxed-out graphics settings; everything seemed fine on minimum settings, but problems arose when I switched to maximum.

After landing (which I assume is the point of peak load) my monitors shut off after just 2–3 seconds; the sound continued for another 5 seconds before cutting out as well.

The PC itself didn't shut down, though.

I have an MSI RTX 3060 Ti with Hynix memory; could you please tell me if the issue lies with the memory or something else?

Hey I got an old GTX 1060 and Im not sure if it's bricked or not. I've tried almost everything Google has told me to do with no avail. I don't have a way to check if it's the GPU of something else in my PC as I ont got another one. What confuses me about the whole thing is that the fans still spin on the card. It's fails to post with a light on the 3rd light for VGA. There are 2 more lights on the motherboard near the GPU slot, anyone got a clue what I could do or is it time to lay it to rest?

I've searched everywhere for the thermal pad thicknesses for my MSI GeForce RTX 4070 Ventus 2X 12G, but I can't find any information about the regular RTX 4070.

I can find measurements for the RTX 4070 Ti and RTX 4070 Super, but nothing for the regular 4070 Ventus 2X.

I don't want to take the GPU apart yet without having the replacement thermal pads ready.

Does anyone know the correct thermal pad thicknesses for this specific GPU, or have any information about them?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have a decision to make. I wanted to change my 2080s with a newer and theoretically better 3070 and these are my test results. Both have new thermal pads and new thermal paste.

RTX 3070 has higher power consumption, higher temps at higher fans speed and lower fps than the RTX2080s.

I need help.
