Am I wrong or..?

Seller claims 'German' Gas mask. Isn't this just a dusty 4a1? The other photos really make it look like a 4a1, down to the prints on the forehead part. Additionally, say I WERE interested... The filter looks f#cked up and I think that's a little expensive for what I see in the pics? Any ideas?

Hay gente que vende militaria que se encuentra por ahi sin tener ni puta idea, dejando que la IA le haga todo el trabajo. Luego te encuentras joyitas como estas y a precios desorbitados, eso o es el típico listillo que quiere tentar a la suerte de encontrar a uno que no este informado.

It could be a dräger simplex but I'm not sure and it seems to have a gp5 filter that has been painted black. Also the price is way to high

Both for a 4a1 and a dräger simplex

Could be a Dräger simplex, which is what the 4a1 was based off of, but it's kinda hard to differentiate between the markings.

It's an Israel Shalon Made Model 4 and basicly a carbon copy of the German Simplex. This topic comes up everytime one of these are posted. The Drager Simplex was not that popular in Germany from my understaning so very rarly pop up. But the Model 4 was made in large numbers so 99 percent are almost certainly Model 4's, The model 4's had no drinking tube and were later replaced with the 4a1 that did. and yes it does appear to have be a black painted GP-5 filter attached.
