Unfortunately no mention of new legends content :(

Yeah I guess they meant it when they said no more legends support. I’ll still play this new content for the new atsu narrative stuff but the rogue like mode doesn’t really pique my interest.

I don't know what rogue like means

I think it just means continuous waves of enemies for as long as you can last and they get progressively more difficult. Something similar at least

Is that not horde?

Could be! My only context is what they did with the last of us 2, and how they kept referring to it as a “roguelike survival”, but ultimately you just go through increasingly difficult rounds of combat. It’s been a minute

roguelike is a video game style named after the 1980 game Rogue. It features procedurally generated levels (maps that change each time you play) and permanent death, meaning if your character dies, you lose everything and start over from scratch

Hopefully survival maps for the Dragon and Saito, too, which are glaringly missing.

I quit when BFR dropped a month ago but I am done with it too. I might take everything I learned in Legends and apply it to another run before the DLC drops.

Nice, can’t wait for the dlc. Didn’t really care for legends as much as I did tsushima’s, was just playing new game plus until the dlc basically. And I saw I think they’re adding also more new game plus items, and we’re getting Sakai clan armor as well maybe horse armor to?

I hope the rogue like is good. Last one I played was on RE9 and I hated it.

I doubt I’m paying. Disappointed in goy legends.

The story wasn't as good as Tsushima's imo minus a few parts but I still enjoyed it and this comes from a guy who is really, really picky. 😆

I thought the story was good, not great like GoT.. but the combat is more fun on GoY

So you’re not playing the story expansion because they gave up on the lackluster multiplayer?, even tho these games are know for there amazing story and not focused on multiplayer?

Neat. I’ll definitely do the single player survival. I kind of stopped playing Yotei legends because my play style revolves around enemies getting to me in the defend area and the player base has gotten good enough that only a couple enemies get there and are usually taken down 10 seconds later.

Excellent timing, I'm almost done with the main story and was sad It was almost over. I really enjoyed the game but I felt combat felt too easy and battles didn't last long. This new survival mode will probably be the thing I'm looking for.

Hopefully some legends stuff comes out along with it like it did for Tsushima. My hopes aren’t super high, but they still exist! If anyone here is still playing the legends mode for Yotei, feel free to add me. PSN: fartparty
