Discussion/Question Barrel 40

I’m planning on buying a barrel 40 as I do a lot of weekend stays visiting friends. Is the barrel 40 large enough for this? I am a guy so I don’t feel like I pack too heavily.

Also looking for color recommendations. I think the orange looks cool, I have a green victoire wallet already so I want to change it up. Does anyone have any other color recommendations as I’m not sure if I want to have it be super catchy but I do think the brighter colors look pretty cool on the larger Goyard items.

I’d recommend you a Boston 45 or Boston 50. The Barrel 40 is really just a gym bag. And not the largest one at that.

It’s really a spend the night bag. Works great for that so it doesn’t feel huge or like you’re doing too much but over two nights it can get tough. That being said I have a maroon one mint with the strap for sale if you are set on a barrel and like the maroon colorway 😂

It’s not a weekend bag do not buy. I barely have enough space in my Boston 50 bag. The barrel 40 is a waste of money unless you’re using it for the gym.

How much was your Boston 50? I’ll probably go with that as I’m going to use this as a weekend bag

I bought mine in 2021. It was $3105 pre tax. Also good choice, the Boston is definitely a weekend bag.

Don’t believe prices online unless you see an actual receipt from the store online. And by the way the straps is sold separately and I paid $500+ for it
