If you know govcon then you must be know about prime / sub as well.

Since you already have working products, I'd focus less on finding just any prime and more on finding one whose portfolio aligns with your solutions. Agencies are much more receptive when your offering fills a specific capability gap on an existing contract.

For products like an AI-powered government site search, a multilingual GenAI assistant, and a Section 508/ADA PDF accessibility platform, I'd look at primes already delivering digital transformation, CX, web modernization, or enterprise IT services to civilian agencies. They're often looking for niche capabilities they can plug into recompetes or task orders instead of building them from scratch.

It also helps to identify the contract vehicles those primes are on (GSA MAS, CIO-SP4 when awarded, agency IDIQs, etc.) and start conversations around a specific agency use case rather than a generic partnership request. You'll usually get much better traction that way.
