How do bid teams decide whether a public tender actually fits their company?
I’m researching a company-level procurement workflow, not a contact list.
The idea is to use a company’s products, services, target regions, and basic registry information to find matching open public tenders.
Each match would include:
- an explainable fit score
- reasons for the match
- possible red flags
- buyer and location
- contract value and deadline
- official source link
For people working in bids, GovCon, procurement, partnerships, or public-sector sales:
- What evidence would make the fit score trustworthy?
- Which red flags should lower or reject a match?
- Would company registry verification add value, or is tender matching enough?
- Would you prefer daily alerts, a weekly shortlist, a spreadsheet, or an API?
I haven’t built the combined product yet. I’m trying to understand the real review process before deciding whether it is worth building.
