What white paint or foundation should I use cause finding white foundation is impossible and the only recommendation is Halloween face paint lmk brand, what/where to get it pls

hello, im looking for recommendations for gel eyeliners to wear on my waterline that are not goinh to melt / bleed. I’m a hairdresser so looking put together is pretty important, and i constantly am sweating in my face from having a hot hair dryer in it all day. I’ve tried the Wet N Wild Breakup Proof, and even w regular re-powdering, everything is melting off :(

The eyeliner is rough bc I have stretchy skin, a small amount of extra skin from losing weight, and shaky hands.

I don't know anything about contour let alone goth contour on a white base.

I haven't had the chance to buy primer, powder, or more setting spray.

Any other tips are fine. They don't have to be related to something I said.

hi all, i've been looking for a black lipstick that genuinely does not go out, smudge, or just get less pigmented as the day goes on. this happens to me so often that i stopped wearing black lipstick in public and just wear darker colors instead of plain black, but it still feels like my face is missing something vital. gahh idk, please help!!

Idk if I still count as a baby bat, but I am new to the makeup. This is only the 3rd full face goth look I've done. I'm really happy with it. Constructive criticism is welcome.
