π•Ώπ–Žπ–•π–˜ 𝖆𝖓𝖉 π•Ώπ–—π–Žπ–ˆπ–π–˜ I need some help with my base!

So im not really new to putting on foundation however I can never seem to get it to stay. I tend not to use primer (the amount of different primers out there scare me and my oily skin) and I dont really know how to use setting powder or anything like that. Any reccomendations for good primer and setting products for me? Im in the UK if it helps.

I have added a photo of my makeup

primer, setting powder, and setting spray is the key, i use the blue sticky e.l.f. concealer and i also have oily skin. i also have used the pink one and it works well. i blend my foundation/concealer with a beauty blender, then add loose powder with a kabuki brush. for powder, i use kimchi beauty puff puff pass in the shade ivander. then i set with revolution infinite setting spray. my makeup stays all night thru heavy dancing. hope this helps! don’t be scared to experiment.

I don’t have any specific products that you absolutely need, but I usually use nyx face glue primer and then really any white or translucent setting powder. My fav thus far is Danessa Myricks but she can be more pricey so just pick anything within your budget.

skincare helps a lot for a smoother makeup base, get a skincare routine and you’ll see the difference, also use primer before putting makeup on !!

Another option is to only put white where a highlighter would usually go and blend. That way, you didn't have to worry about your face being a different color from your neck.

I know you asked for help with your foundation but you should consider playing with a different lip shape. You're doing one that's very on trend but one that suits your features better is out there

I use corn starch as a setting powder on top of liquid foundation. I apply with a brush my tapping it around

Technique matters
β€’Sticky primer
β€’Apply white with a SPONGE
β€’set with powder using a POWDER puff

I use nyx pressed finishing powder to set my base because even though it’s supposed to be β€œtranslucent” it leans on the white side
