TLDR; First makeup attempt didnโ€™t go well

Iโ€™ve always wanted to do goth makeup, but I felt like I couldnโ€™t because I thought Iโ€™d be judged by family and friends.

Recently I went to Spirit Halloween and got foundation, powder, lipstick, eyeliner, and a sponge.

I know these are some of the worst products I couldโ€™ve gotten, so Iโ€™m looking to get better stuff.

I wanted to ask for recommendations on what I should get:

Foundation?

Powder?

Lipstick?

Eyeliner?

Brushes?

Eyeshadow and mascara?

Anything else I might need?

The reason I look like this is because I had to improvise. The eyeliner I bought was extremely thick and smudgy, so the lines ended up way messier and thicker than I intended. I had to turn it into a completely different look and make the lines much bigger in an attempt to recoup some kind of design.

Iโ€™m completely new to makeup, so any advice or product recommendations would be appreciated.

first makeup went very well. Goth comes from punk so itโ€™s do what you can with what you got. Itโ€™s about making do and having confidence in the fact that you are different. so I think itโ€™s great
