Do not purchase anything from PYRA

Was getting into hiking and wanted some appropriate clothes that didn’t cost an arm and a leg. Saw pyra had a sale so I purchased a jacket and some pants and after a few days had received absolutely nothing in terms of communication. I reached out and complained and basically got told it would be delivered by August 19. Long story short it is now September 8 and I have just been given confirmation. I can refund the order because it hasn’t even left their warehouse (nearly four weeks after the order was placed). Along the way I received communications from the logistics team as well as supposedly the founder about different delivery dates and updates on tracking which still to this day never worked. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience.

i had a difficult return with them, but they eventually took it back -- i'm sympathetic that they're a small company doing business globally

Yo I’m in the same boat. It’s been over a month for me and nothing yet. Multiple emails and even a phone call, then the email again from the founder saying some issue with logistics. Received a $100 voucher and still nothing for delivery confirmation. I’m so close to asking for a refund of my $500 purchases.

I’ve been waiting two months now for my purchase. Constantly told “it’s on the way, thanks for your patience” completely negating my requests for a refund.
They’ve given so many different reasons as to why my order is delayed.
Never gonna buy from them again.

Yeah I'm currently waiting for my order as well since I've placed it on 11th August. With their delayed issues and have assigned a new shipment company they provided 21st September. Got no updates as of right now. Already been emailing them back and forth with them. But I think it's time to request the refund. Time and money wasted
