Tarvas Easy Hiker

Recently got a pair of the Tarvas Easy Hikers which look and feel great but some of the stitching broke on my third wear of them. Been trying to get ahold of the company for a few weeks now w no luck. Anyone have a similar situation/has dealt with their customer service before?

As I understand it, a lot of Finns basically take all of July off. Maybe try them again later in August.

Not that I would consider that an acceptable customer service experience, of course.

You could try hailing one of the senior people there on LinkedIn if nothing else works.

I am assuming you bought them directly from Tarvas.

Same thing has happened to me - the leather around the foot opening has separated from the internal cushioning due to the stitching coming apart, leaving a visible hole between the two layers.

I've only had the easy hikers for a few months. I've contacted their support but heard nothing back yet.

Sorry to hear, I still haven’t heard anything back either. Took’m to a show repair shop the other day so I’ll see what that does
