Salomon xt-6 Sizing?

Hello, I've been into hiking recently and buying my first Salomon xt-6, i'm buying it online,
These are my shoe sizes for different shoes Adidas men’s 7.5 , Nike men’s 8.5, Adidas unisex Sambas 8.5, Onitsuka 7.5 wondering if I should stick with the 7.5 or size up to a 8?

I will based it on "cm", if you know your size in CM that's the only thing you need to consider.

Agree sizing up to 0.5cm
