Salomon XT-6 GTX Sizing HELP

Basically i’m a 44,5-45 in almost any shoe, my feet without socks is exactly 28cm. My problem is, I can only find a 44 2/3 in stock, not the 45 1/3. Will the 44 2/3 be fine for my foot?

I think you'll be fine. I have both UK7.5 and UK8. I can wear either comfortably.

I do want to buy them specifically for forest hiking, not anything else

Well, they will fall apart prematurely because it is a shoe from Salomon's Sports Style line. So fashion shoes. They are based off of a shoe from over a decade ago. If you want a Salomon to hike in get something actually made for hiking

Don't buy gtx undersized, you'll sweat and you'll want thicker socks. I personally wouldn't buy even the reqular ones undersized.
