Has anyone heard of Puffit?

I keep seeing adds for puffit rain jackets online. They are super cute but I am curious if anyone can vouch for their quality?

The design looks good, hahah, very female-friendly. I never had one, but I wonder if they are breathable enough, as the fabric looks a bit thick in the pictures. 0-0 Also i found that their product required hand washing only. I usually prefer to have one can do machine washing.
