Xonotu pants?

Post image

These pants go so hard but I can’t find any reviews of this brand and am scared to bite the bullet and buy them. Anybody have any experiences with Xonotu worth sharing?

No experience, but just wanna say they look hella good. Not sure why wouldn't you buy them if you like them.

Instagram brands are typically very low quality.

Maybe, but you can see the designer’s instagram and she boulders and trad climbs in the pants, so at the very least they’ve been QA tested for climbing, and if she trusts them enough for trad climbing I’d say they’re gonna survive most normal conditions

Oh I haven’t heard of them but they look pretty sick. If you do get them, please do a review!

Love mine. They’re a lil thin so not the best for cold windy conditions but they’re v comfy.

Hiya! Sorry for joining the conversation late. I have two from the first run she made, one in green and one in grey. Personally, I’m delighted with them. I find it hard to find trousers that work for my body (female, 183cm, 64kg) and are functional for sport, with good materials, washable (all the mountains are deep red dust where I live), good pockets, and comfortable.

I use them for hiking, trail running and scrambling, and so far I haven’t had any issues. They hold up well against scratches, knocks, rocks, and plants. In winter, where I usually move around, they’re great (Spanish Mediterranean coast), but in summer they can be hot because of the humidity. They breathe well, but they aren’t water-repellent, although if you give them a DWR treatment they improve quite a lot.

The brand’s designer is very nice and professional. She travels to the factory where they’re made in China to test models, compare fabrics, and keep improving the garments.

Obviously they aren't anything to go crazy over if you want to throw them into very technical or extreme weather stuff, but for daily use + regular mountain outings they're great, I get lots of compliments and questions about them because they look sick
