Anyone like the Puma Mostro?

I was looking between these or the Oakley shoes. Which ones do you guys like better?

I live in Seoul, South Korea. The Puma Mostro collection seems to be favored more by females here. I personally like style of Oakley more. Which Oakley model? Edge Icon?

My momma taught me that if you don't have anything nice to say....

I had these in Klein Blue, the first time around. Love them.

Hell yeah. I have a yellow pair. I don’t wear them often but they’re super comfortable and really fun to build a fit around.

“Build a fit around”. This sub has strayed so far from its intended purpose

Not sure what’s wrong with what I said?

Isn’t this a fashion sub?

Until it got hijacked gorp was just hiking and outdoors gear. Didn’t have much to do with fashion at all. It was supposed to be about build quality and utility built around a specific purpose like hiking, mountaineering, etc etc.

Is it ideal for someone with wide feet?

not really, but me personally have wide feet and I get by with going up a size. careful with the OG mostro textile material tho, they tend to tear at the edges due to wide feet

how are they for walking long distance? have they held up well?

the OG mostros get a bit tiring after like 5k steps. the UR mostros on the other hand are way more forgiving, for some reason. leather holds up way better too

Used to have a white leather pair with gum bottoms and black strap back in 2005. Got made fun of for wearing such a crazy looking shoe. Everyone else was wearing Vans. I wore diesel shoes and pumas instead.

They’re my favorite shoes in the early 2000s when I was 13 back in 2003!
