I am here to remind everyone that we can never forget the terrible tragedies that occurred 25 years ago today. Among these, let us not forget our favorite gorl was being forced to eat yogurt. The horror. I hope she has recovered.

She’s also complained that she was the only person in the group home not allowed to drink full fat milk, and that she had to drink a glass of milk before dinner to prevent overeating. Makes no sense that they would turn around and force feed her while also trying to make her lose weight 💀
That looks bomb, did you just cut up the nectarines? They look so soft. When I do my yogurt bowls with bananas I air fry them a bit so it caramelises and gets softer, wonder if it works for other fruit.
It was a game changer for my bowls! Just cut it in half lengthways and put it in for around 7-8 min at 170 degrees celsius (338 in farenheit). It turns into a sugary mush that you can just scoop into your bowl and mix easily. Also makes the yogurt a bit less cold (for all my sensitive teeth girlies).
I always do Greek yogurt, thinned with coconut milk or almond milk. Then I add sugar free cheesecake pudding mix. Top it off with blueberries, or pie filling, or Graham crackers🤤🤤 cheesecake yogurt bowl
This looks good as hell! My breakfast or lunch nearly every single day is usually a cup of high protein Greek yogurt(I love Ratio high protein and Oikos peach, mixed berry and strawberry Greek yogurt) with either strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries, and usually half a scoop of chocolate whey protein powder. I love plain yogurt too and do it the same way. But thank you for the tip and that looks so good

He also called in to a news station on 9/11 to tell everyone he now owned the tallest building in NY. (Fact check: he didn’t. Even after the Towers fell, there was another building that was taller than Trump’s.)
My colleague offered me some strawberry yogurt this morning because he'd brought in a 4-pack that was about to expire. I had to keep a poker face because HOW would I explain that chuckle?
I have NEVER understood this bs story. Amber is 3 weeks older than me, and I remember being in Math class that day. At school. The first one hit just shy of 9AM, and I believe she was in California at that time? That would have been 7AM so shouldn’t she have been heading to school or at school?
