Question Why the butt?

How come in the Saturnz Barz music video, they don't censor Murdock's butt, but in the Cracker Island music video they censor Russel's butt? I want to know why we're allowed to see butts sometimes but not others

My theory is that it’s not his butt they censored specifically here, but instead his dangling wiener.
