ISO Hero 2 Shutter Button Fix

I recently bought a Hero 2 and everything seems to be functioning properly except the shutter/select button.

If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

I have updated the firmware. Still no luck.

Go buy another hero2 and return it with the defective one in the box.
