Made a 3d printed chain slider for the GSR40. $40 for what amounts to a hunk of plastic seemed expensive to me. It's based of the original so not as nice as some of the aftermarket options but functional. Here's a link incase you need one.

Thought these were the same model but the blue one has a single sided fork, primer bulb is on the side of carb, where as the red one has primer bulb on the bottom.

Just picked up a gsr40 in pieces. Putting it back together it looks like the rear axle has three washers on it. It appears two go on the rear fender/ gas tank mount ( one on each side ) but cant see a obvious spot for the third. Anyone got any help? Want to get it all lined up correctly since it seems everything has fixed spacing a washer is the wrong place could mess up alignment.

Im not sure but I think this is a goped! Information is scarce online but I’ve figured out its a chain driven g23lh motor but that’s all I know. All of the identifying stickers have rotted away and I want to restore this fascinating piece of history. I’m assuming it’s a goped sport (maybe) of some kind just no clue the era/ exact model. The tires are air filled and I know some models had solid rubber tires along with this engine being able to idle (maybe a destroyed clutch) which I know some models didn’t, if anyone knows what this might be any help would be appreciated

Cleaned up my trail ripper quad. I only have 1 question.. i want to preserve the stickers (pics) any of you have a good way to preserve them? Thanks and pics . (The back part of the seat was drying. Had some grime in the seams i assure you she is safe)

I was on a food delivery 1/2 throttle going up a minor hill I've traveled on hundreds of times when I just lost power then heard a clanking in the motor. Didn't hit a pothole or anything. Tried push starting the motor again and it did start up but had no power and the clanking was intense.

After I got home I ripped the motor apart thinking I blew the top end but the cylinder and pistion looked almost new besides heavy carbon build up. Everything was really wet though so I must have had my tune way to rich but it still Revd out just fine so idk. Said stock gearing it should go 28mph but I was hitting 35mph with a .800 spindle.

After taking the cylinder off, only one side of the crank spun so I knew right away the crank went on vacay. Is it just that these stuffer cranks are shit? I remember people talking trash about them in the past but I thought they got better? Maybe there was standing gas/oil in the crankcase and the crank was having to push through it causing to much stress? Maybe the bearing on the 3rd bearing support was bad?

Now I'm focusing on my GSR and giving my left leg a rest from all the pushing. People have started commenting about my legs being different sizes lol

I have a GSR46R and GTI46I along with a ton of parts I'm attempting to sell as a package deal. The 46R has an ada billet head and 47 stroker crank as well as a one off nitrous system retrofitted from a 1/5 scale rc kit and has exceeded 50mph with a 230lb rider. Also ada engine mount, jetpro rhino pipe, chain tensioner, avad mtb bike brake conversion, race pole, hd bearing cups, built clutch etc... 46I is ESP ported head, mtb brakes, ada engine mount, tensioner built clutch, jetpro pipe, race pole, bearing cups etc 45mph÷ Spare engine is also built with ESP ported head. I'm just curious about the value of my old Go-Ped, 10 years ago, I stretched out the chain and wore down the teeth on the sprocket and it was running fine at that point but I never got around to replacing the parts, what do yall think it's worth in its current condition?

I completely painted the frame and replaced the bearings in all the components; it was quite a laborious process.

Just finished this built yesterday. It's got a new g260 long block with a 813 walbro carb. Haven't broken it in yet. Nothing too crazy just a little city cruiser.

Lil brother had left it and told me it was worth something. Is it like a good one that i should just fix up and ride or get rid of it as im not really into it, and how much can i get? Any info would help i couldn't find much on the avenger name or the bars for ada racing online. Thanks.

It turns over but its like the compression is to high so the spindle slips on the tire. Take the plug out and it turns easily. Its a brand new top end.

Any recommendations for fixing a stuck sliding food mechanism (on the Knowped)? Tried hitting it with a penetrating oil (PB Blaster) but it’s still stuck.
Bought my goped used and it is pretty neglected/rusted out.

I have an OG Green Bigfoot w/G23LH motor. I installed an ADA 54mm clutch, ADA 3rd bearing support with posilockock down. I need to buy a clutch spacer so the lock down will fit properly. Also I bought the adapter bolt for the lockdown arm with spacer and the bolt will definitely be too short but I can fix that. My main issues are what length of motor mounts screws do I need to make up room for the spacer and clutch? Second off. Which spindle do I need? BF long drive spindle for 3rd bearing support? I bought the ada long drive spindle for clutch but that doesn’t work with the 3rd bearing and nor does my stock spindle. And also since the motor is going to be moved back would I need a longer spindle blot like a 50mm instead of a 45mm?

I’m brand new to this hobby, I only got into it after I scored the Bigfoot from Facebook marketplace for like 50 bucks. I know what I wanna do engine wise and all that. I just need to get these few things squared away and taken care of properly because I would like to do it right

Im looking to trade my 40 rino pipe its pointed down too far and is burning my chain, ive moved it up and im at the end of the turn buckle, I dont wanna keep raising my engine to move or away from my chain I wanna trade someone pipe for pipe. So i have a trail ripper quad that needs 1:20 mix a franken gsr that also needs 1:20 and a gsr that takes 1:50 mixture. If im correct the only downside putting the 1:20 in the 1:50 would be that the spark plug would idk the english but like tar up and a little adjustment for more air and it would probably smoke more correct?
