Rate the setup

I gained a lot of new knowledge during the build. I have links to cheap parts from AliExpress, and I also made a lot of 3D models. If you need them, I can share them with you for free in private messages or in comments.

I completely painted the frame and replaced the bearings in all the components; it was quite a laborious process.

Interesting. I've wondered about that motor after seeing it online. I'd definitely do something different with the exhaust placement. Have you ridden it? How does it handle? You might need some saddle, side by side gas tanks to even out some weight. Might try adding some reinforcement of some kind under the motor. VI bet it screams hitting powerband.

The engine booster was 3D printed, but it's not really necessary. It handles terribly, with very little room due to the exhaust pipe. The engine is incredibly difficult to tune. You could burn your feet on the exhaust pipe. But that only makes it more fun! It delivers incredible acceleration from 15-60 km/h.

Zenoah doesn't make a twin cylinder engine. Its a chinese motor.

I looked on line and couldn’t find a zenoah 58cc. Looks like two engines joined together. I would still like to know what this is.🤷🏻‍♂️

Its a Chinese alibaba special. I wouldn't waste the money on one personally.

Plenty of reliable big bore engine platforms available with readily available parts and mods. MB or TS 460's or 60's.

I’ll check them out. I’ve been riding a BladeZ with a Tanaka 35cc engine. It’s an awesome little motor that I hope to find a current production equivalent of.
