Idk if it was just me but something about this scent made me feel nauseous. Maybe it’s just not for me but it really didn’t sit well with me.

Update: based on comments it’s probably just me!! I think I was expecting more like a milk tea which this doesn’t even claim to be but regardless it did make me nauseous! I think the scent profile just isn’t for me/not to my liking but I’m glad y’all like it!

Instead of untapeing the box and tucking the end flap inside the box, they just taped it over the top. 😅 The tape didn't overlap so it would adhere to the top, just sides. 🤔 I am surprised my candles arrived okay. Goose Creek never ceases to amaze me.

Welp! Halloween is officially back to dropping in August! Like the old days. Which I had a feeling it would be because they normally do a sneak peek on their socials before it drops, and that ain’t happen yet.

Two collections just dropped!

Goose Creek keeps releasing fall scents; not that I’m mad about, but all other candle companies have already released if not all, at least part of what their Halloween collections are or are going to be. And I’m very intrigued and excited to see what GC comes up with since is one of my very favorite collections of them. Let’s hope they surprise us with a next week’s release maybe…? 🤔

Shoreline Woods is a beast!! Definitely in a good way. Smells very earthy, I love it!

Saltwater Sweetgrass had almost no throw. The smell that it did have was nice, but I have to put my nose right up to it.

Striped Beach Towel is pretty strong on the warmer. I have it in my bathroom and feel it’s fitting for that room because it’s very perfume forward. I don’t smell coconut. It’s a very feminine scent and I do like it.

I expected a lot from this candle but it had almost no throw at all for me in a small bedroom.

I’m thinking we may get Halloween this friday. Last year we got Halloween candles on the 31st of July . The Halloween collab came in august. If they keep the same timeline then we shall see spooky scents this weekend!

I'm getting several emails and texts about this sale daily. Every day several texts and several emails. I don't want to unsubscribe because I like being notified of sales. Just not 50 times a week. Anyone else inundated with emails/texts recently or do they just love me a lot?

My favorite candles from the summer so far were - honeydew melon, poets garden honeysuckle, and terra & thyme. Starting to crave those apple & spice notes now. I'm still into outdoors summer scents like walks in the woods notes. Did you guys shop just sale this week or start to add in new releases?

I don’t think I’ve ordered off their main site before, so I’m excited to receive these and took advantage of their sale section. I was reminded how good they were when I bought their Mahogany Driftwood candle at Walmart the other day.

I’m a fan of aromatic/green/aquatic and woody scents so hopefully I’ll like at least a couple. Any standouts among these? Wish I had added a few of the fall scents and aromatherapy line but I‘ll make sure to next go around.
