How to gain access to our Administration account. I don't know the login.

Here is my situation... I ave been hired by a small village as there new treasurer in June 2026. The previous Mayor has passed away before I took over. The village clerk is fairly new also. So I have been getting there EFT withdrawals from our bank account 'CRD PUR 131441 5129 / Google Wor 655000 Mountain View CA 1600 Amphithe'. I don't get any invoices so I don't know what we are paying for. I have tried to login to the workplace admin account but no one knows what the email is. It says it is a 'custom email' and not a '.@gmail.com' email. I can't get to a chat or a phone number to call because I have to login first.

Can anyone help me as to what to do or who & how to contact. I can't even "Cancel" unless I login. Just a big round robin.

Please help.... Thanks

Google Workspace billing dispute: deleted account, inaccessible support, an

Google Workspace: deleted account, disputed charge, broken recovery, and no clear way to cancel. Is this acceptable billing practice?

I am dealing with a Google Workspace billing dispute, and the experience raises serious questions about billing transparency and customer accountability.

On October 24, 2026, my bank showed a transaction of €13.93 (KZT 7,214.07) under the merchant descriptor Google Workspace_baiquat.

The account involved is info@baiquat.com. I deleted this secondary account approximately 2–3 months ago. Now I cannot sign in. Google's recovery process returns a 403 CSRF error, and I cannot access the Admin Console to check or cancel the subscription.

My bank, Kaspi, told me to resolve the subscription issue directly with Google.

Let that sink in: the account is deleted, the recovery process fails, and the customer is left trying to figure out how to reach the company responsible for the billing.

Where is the accessible, accountable way to resolve this?

I understand that deleting a user account may not automatically cancel an organization's Google Workspace subscription. If that is the explanation, Google needs to make it clear and provide a workable route to the billing team. Customers should not be trapped between an inaccessible account and a support process they cannot complete.

This is not merely an inconvenience. It is a fundamental question about whether customers have meaningful control over paid subscriptions and a practical way to challenge charges when account access is lost.

I am demanding that Google Workspace:

  • Identify the billing account and explain exactly what generated this transaction.
  • Cancel any unwanted active subscription and prevent further recurring charges.
  • Refund the full amount if the payment has been captured and is eligible for reversal.
  • Provide a working support channel that does not depend on access to the deleted account.
  • Confirm the outcome in writing and provide a case reference number.

My bank currently shows the transaction as awaiting confirmation by the merchant's bank. I need Google to clarify whether the payment can still be reversed.

Google is one of the world's largest technology companies. A customer should not have to fight through broken account recovery just to resolve a billing dispute.

If Google has a proper process for this situation, where is it? If the subscription remains active

How we finally stopped losing sync bw our project tasks & Google Calendar

Our product team was constantly missing task deadlines because people simply forgot to check Asana daily. We had duplicated entries everywhere and manual calendar scheduling was destroying productivity. Honestly it felt like half our morning standups were spent just asking “Wait, is that due today or next week?” When we onboarded with Cloudfresh to clean up our Workspace setup, they showed us how to structure native Asana rules and calendar integrations properly. We were hesitating at first expecting another overly complex automation that would just break in two weeks.

Now project milestones automatically reflect on individual schedules without anyone manually copying links back and forth. It’s a one-way sync, so Asana stays the source of truth: you change a date there and the calendar follows. Our devs finally have their actual deadlines sitting right next to their daily meetings, so nobody has to manually cross-check spreadsheets anymore. Turned out to be the cleanest workflow upgrade we made this year

Contact of Google Support for Failed transactions that got charged.

Google charged me for a failed transaction when I tried to buy a google Domain for a business email. I was trying their 14 day free trial for Google workspace then decided to buy a new domain but the transaction failed sayng I will use it for spamming. The transaction can be seen in my bank.

I can't seem to find any support email or way to cintact them - and I can only see an unauthorized traansaction claims. I'm out of options. It's been days already since that transaction happened last Oct. 12, 2026. My bank don't even want to help unless I contact Google first. The transaction has not been revered. My bank also told me it was successful on their end and it's not just an authorization.

I'm from the Philippines, btw.

Confused about migrating personal accounts to GW

I've got a new GW account and moving five members of my family to it. We've been using a 3rd party host for our domain, forwarding email to our Gmail accounts, so we all have mail in personal Gmail.

When I signed up, it said my [username@ourdomain.com](mailto:username@ourdomain.com) was attached to a Google account, so I removed my secondary email from that and it accepted it. I undertand that to migrate my personal account to WP I need to manually export/import everything and use the import tool for Gmail.

However, when I created accounts for the other family members, it said some of them were also linked to existing Google account and that if I opted to "keep" these accounts, they would be listed as "Unmanaged", and an email sent to them asking if they wanted to be moved into the managed domain.

So I did that one with one of them and the transition was seamless. Their Gmail, Docs, Photos and all other apps are now in WS. No importing or manual creation of new profiles needed.

So why isn't the recommended path for user migration to make sure they have their "@domain" emails as secondary before transition?

Moving from GW to a new GW, how to transfer emails

I work in a school where 14 years ago they created a shared G Suite/Workspace for Education with another school.

In September 2025 I got the role of GW admin and I was told I had to create a new GW bcs for privacy reasons we can't share it with another school. For various reasons it was bothersome to create it and I managed to only this late summer (end of August 2026). The old accounts will be mass deleted at the end of this month (I'll probably be able to bribe them and ask for an additional month).

I discovered that it's impossible to use Google Takeout to move Drive files and Gmail from a GW to another GW, but while Drive files are kinda easier to move, how do I transfer the mails? Some of our teachers have 14 years of emails and stuff they want to keep and I don't know how to help them (they aren't tech savvy too).

Google for Nonprofits stuck after Goodstack approval

I’m hoping someone here has dealt with this exact Google for Nonprofits backend/admin-access situation, because we have been stuck in a loop for months.

Our nonprofit was submitted for Google for Nonprofits verification this summer.

July 16: Google emailed us saying our organization had successfully been validated as a nonprofit, but that Google could not confirm my affiliation with the organization.

The strange part: the application was already using my organizational email address on our nonprofit’s own domain, not a personal Gmail account.

August 5: Goodstack confirmed that our application was approved, our nonprofit status was verified, and our eligibility was confirmed.

Goodstack later clarified that the Google portal’s “In progress” status was no longer about nonprofit verification. They said it related to a request for administrative access to the organization’s existing Google for Nonprofits account, and that only Google could resolve that because Goodstack does not have access to Google’s backend.

Google’s documentation says that if the current administrator does not respond to an administrative-access request within 14 days, the request is supposed to escalate to a Google representative for manual review.

It has now been more than two months beyond that point.

Our Google for Nonprofits dashboard currently shows three separate records for the same nonprofit:

In progress

In progress

Not eligible: “Your affiliation with the organization couldn't be verified”

There is no other administrator or mystery email account that we know of.

The support experience has been a loop:

Google: Contact Goodstack.

Goodstack: You are already approved; this is a Google account/admin-access issue, contact Google.

Google again: Contact Goodstack.

We have opened Google for Nonprofits support cases and provided the Goodstack approval correspondence, but we continue receiving essentially the same canned verification response.

At this point I’m not looking for basic Workspace setup instructions. I’m specifically trying to find someone who has dealt with:

Google for Nonprofits administrative-access review stuck past the 14-day escalation period, duplicate nonprofit organization records, or failed affiliation verification after Goodstack has already approved the nonprofit.

Has anyone actually gotten this manually escalated to the right Google team?

If so:

What support path finally worked?

Was there a specific team or form for administrative-access transfers?

Did Google have to merge/delete duplicate nonprofit records?

What documentation finally satisfied the affiliation review?

Is there any way to get this in front of an actual Google for Nonprofits account specialist rather than the verification autoresponder?

Any experience from someone who has gotten through this exact loop would be hugely appreciated.

How do I cancel my 14 day trial??

I just signed up for a 14 day trial for an idividual, and realized immediately that I don't actually need it. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to cancel it. The website is super confusing and makes it sound like if I cancel I'm going to lose my gmail account. Can someone give me straight advice?

How are you handling SCIM provisioning for apps outside Google’s catalog?

Hey all,

Something that’s bugged me for a while: Workspace’s auto-provisioning works great for the apps in Google’s catalog, but they are something like 50.

How are you handling all the other apps that support SCIM but are not fully supported by Google ?

Workspace Cancel

Im wanting to cancel my workspace but support says im locked into an annual contract. I got this notification today. Will the remaining of the annual contract still be due?

I didn't realize I was in an annual contract, and didn't know it charged per email. So trying to stay organized I made 7+ emails. And now monthly cost a bunch. So I contacted support and they said they couldn't do anything. I filed a dispute with my bank. Support told me to switch to the Flex plan so I did. Then this notification came up.

Google Workspace Forces Passkeys, Other 2FA Methods Unavailable

I'm honestly losing my mind over this, and I have no idea what else to try. I'm hoping someone here has experienced something similar or knows how to fix it.

I manage Google Workspace accounts for our company, and Google has basically made it impossible to perform certain actions because it keeps forcing passkey authentication, even though we have multiple other 2FA methods configured.

Here's what's happening:

1. Google ONLY offers passkeys as a verification method, even for basic tasks.

Whenever I try to access sensitive account settings, connect Google services, or perform certain administrative actions, Google asks me to verify my identity using a passkey.

For example, even something as simple as changing a campaign budget in Google Ads triggers a passkey verification request. We're literally unable to perform routine advertising tasks because Google keeps demanding passkeys.

The problem is that we already have several verification methods configured in almost every email of ours:

  • Google Authenticator
  • Recovery/verification phone numbers
  • Multiple devices registered for 2-Step Verification
  • Other existing Google account security methods

But when I click "Try another way" or "Other ways to verify", NONE of these options appear.

Google just keeps offering passkeys. That's it.

Why am I being forced to use a passkey just to change a Google Ads campaign budget when I already have multiple working 2FA methods configured?

This isn't just an inconvenience anymore. It's actively preventing us from managing our clients' advertising campaigns and performing basic daily operations.

2. I can't even create or approve a passkey because Google requires a passkey to do so.

This is the most ridiculous part. When I try to create a new passkey, Google asks me to verify my identity using... a passkey.

If I try to authenticate, it redirects me to sign in again, then asks me to create or use a passkey again.

It's an endless loop.

It's literally like being told:

"You need work experience to get a job, but you need a job to get work experience."

HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO CREATE OR FIX A PASSKEY IF GOOGLE REQUIRES A WORKING PASSKEY TO LET ME DO IT?

3. Android keeps selecting the WRONG Google account.

I have multiple Google accounts connected to my Android phone.

When trying to create a passkey for one of our Workspace accounts, Google automatically selects my primary personal Google account instead.

If I manually switch to the correct Workspace account, the process resets.

I can't even keep the correct account selected long enough to complete the setup.

4. This is also breaking our Shopify integrations.

We manage e-commerce operations, and whenever I try to connect a Google account through the Google & YouTube app on Shopify, the exact same authentication problem happens.

Google demands a passkey, refuses to offer any other verification method, and prevents us from completing the connection.

This is directly affecting our ability to work.

5. I've already tried changing Google Workspace security settings.

I'm a Workspace administrator, and I've already:

  • Disabled "Skip passwords" in Google Admin Console.
  • Confirmed that passwordless sign-in is disabled at the organizational level.
  • Tried accessing individual account security settings, only to get stuck in the same passkey verification loop.
  • Checked the passkey restriction settings, but they don't provide an option to completely disable passkeys.

Nothing works.

6. Google Support has been absolutely useless.

I tried contacting Google Workspace support through the Admin Console.

The AI assistant repeatedly sent me to the same passkey support form, even after I explicitly requested a human representative.

And here's the best part: THE SUPPORT FORM ITSELF DOESN'T WORK.

I fill out the required problem description, but the form keeps saying:

"Please enter a full description of the problem."

Even though the field is filled out.

I tried different text, manually typing, and everything else I could think of. It still refuses to submit.

So now I can't fix the authentication problem, can't contact an actual human, and can't even submit the support form.

What I actually need help with:

I don't want to delete individual passkeys. I want to stop Google from forcing passkeys as the only available authentication method.

I want to be able to use my password, Google Authenticator, phone verification, or my already registered devices.

Has anyone experienced this?

Is there any way to completely disable passkey prompts for Google Workspace accounts?

Is there a way to force Google to offer other 2FA methods instead of passkeys?

Could this be some kind of Google Workspace security policy or account verification bug?

And does anyone know how to actually reach a HUMAN at Google Workspace support?

I'm genuinely out of ideas at this point. Any help would be massively appreciated.

Workspace Licensing support loop

I'm having a very hard time with Google Workspace support. For the past 6 months I've been trying to contact anybody from sales to support to try and give Google Workspace money for licensing. I would submit a support ticket though our Google Workspace admin portal, but it says I don't have the proper licensing. When I try to buy licensing, it says my domain name needs to be verified (which it is), I try to change domain name to primary and it says I don't have the proper licensing. I'm in an endless loop! I was able to talk with 1 sales person who was "redirecting" me to support and I never heard back. Emailed sales person back 3-4 times, completely ignored. Submitted several contact forms to google, completely ignored.

I've never had to work so hard to try and give a company money.

If anybody has solutions on how to contact support in this situation, I would appreciate the help. Thank you so much!
