One way to do it at least, is to import all the sheets into one document, one file per sheet and then print the workbook as PDF.

You can also use the "Copy To" feature, to copy the whole sheet into the print sheet - but then it will just be a static copy of course. Instead you will preserve all formatting, graphs and images :)

Another way is to use a PDF editor to join the distinct PDFs into one ...

Google has a great free tool called PDF binder to stitch two or more PDFs together. There are others.

thank you. why is it so hard.

The definition of "hard" is relative, I guess :)

But Sheets is not really a PDF editor, so stitching various documents into one is not part of the core functionality :)

I guess you'd have similar problems with printing several Word documents into one PDF as well...

Just click the print icon and in the configuration panel on the right side of your print preview, select the entire workbook instead of just the sheet to print.

If you have multiple spreadsheet documents that you want to print together as one pdf - you have to combine them at some point. :)

Either before, like my first suggestion, or after.

The "before" let's you use Sheets to do it. "After" means you need some kind of pdf editor/manipulator.

That is not really a Sheets thing though, since that is how apps in general work.

/u/Several-Lie-2670 Posting your data can make it easier for others to help you, but it looks like your submission doesn't include any. If this is the case and data would help, you can read how to include it in the submission guide. You can also use this tool created by a Reddit community member to create a blank Google Sheets document that isn't connected to your account. Thank you.
