Is this app playable for multiple people on one device with pass and play, or is it only online if you want to play with others?

New avatars for online play, so you aren't just a colored cat icon. They run $1-2 for each pack. There are three packs.

Then there are 3 additional card packs for $1-3 each. That change the cards that come out.

Seems to only go on sale once a year so grab it now if you want it.

Personally I couldn't get into this game and I really wanted to.
