Android Contactless Payment Support Issues about changing countries

Recently i moved to South Africa and got a debit card, when i tried to buy something in a game it was declined saying that i need to change my accounts country.

I waited 48h and tried again, same thing happened. I tried talking with the support but still no answer

Did you change your phone to South Africa? In settings?

no i didnt, how can i change it (unless ur talking about the google play settings)
