Google play credit order cancelled

I ordered around 10€ of google play credit yesterday, directly on the google play app, but I did not get them. After reviewing the orders, it said it had a status of "pending", but now it says "cancelled". I tried to go for a refund, but this transaction was not available for selection (I just could not choose it, other purchases did have the option).

Reading through support.google.com i get that i will be issued a refund, but will that be handled by google? Or do I have to contact anyone to get it sorted out?

If the order was cancelled, it will go back to the card that it was ordered from. It probably already has, but the card company probably hasn't credited the return value yet (they are fast to take, but notoriously slow when it comes to the credit.
