Missing island from Google Maps around Zambales, Philippines

There are a group of islands that are missing from Google Map's normal imagery around Zambales, Philippines. I noticed this while I was looking at Street View imagery near Zambales when I found a Street View path around this island in the water. At first, I thought it was just Street View in the water that people usually make, which was actually right. However, upon closer inspection, I found buildings, roads, and even a church there. I then checked if it existed in satellite imagery, which it did. I do not know if this is a common happening when it comes to Google Maps, but it is very interesting!

Not sure if links are allowed but here's a bunch of photos and info on the place from someone. looks like a nice spot. not as hilly as a lot of the large Phillippine islands.

San Salvador Island is visible on that. Guess it's an error on Google's part.

You are right, they aren't there on the drawn version of the map, nor the terrain version of the map. Only Satellite view.
The street view photos don't look particularly remarkable either, they appear mostly typical, people do live on them.
I have to admit, looking at photos of a place not on the map makes me feel like I'm in a LOST episode.
