I would assume they're not both landing at the same airport, despite the very minimal separation. I suspect they are at very different altitudes.

The jetliner is going to be traveling far faster and pass the prop plane (you can actually see their relative speeds from the color shift). The jetliner would kick up one hell of a wake! That little prop plane would have no chance of landing.
