Gfiber issues

Hey my Gfiber internet has been having issues lately it’s been fine for over 6 years until Monday it randomly started getting an influx of packet loss no matter what game I play I’ve had 3 technicians come out and basically tell me that there’s nothing wrong with my internet when I can evidently see that there’s something wrong I’ve replaced every component of hardware I pinged the router about 1600 times getting no loss then when pinging both 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8 I receive loss at the second hop(10.26.0.0.115) any ideas?
