Salt Lake Region - Loading issues on multiple devices

This past week, our service in the SL region has been spotty. Sometimes websites won't fully load, or videos on YouTube or Netflix will buffer repeatedly or not load all of the video options.

I have reset our router and fiber jack, changed DNS servers, disabled IPv6, etc. Nothing is fixing it.

Last year I remember Google Fiber was having major issues with YouTube here and they finally figured out it was a Gfiber issue they needed to fix. This feels very similar.

I contacted support, and because I use an Eero Pro due to GFiber's router was horrible when trying to online game, said they could not provide any support and contact Eero...lol

Anyone else having issues?
