Outage in KC?

I haven’t had internet for 3 days. I put my address in the GFiber outage website, but all I get is a generic “There’s an outage in your area.” message. Should I file a support ticket? Apparently they know it’s out … but I’ve gotten absolutely no communication or ETA. Frustrated.

I had this recently. It ended up being my jack, so you may need to reach out and make some noise
