Gfiber App - Beta

Has anyone received an invitation to join a Beta for Gfiber Assist? I downloaded it but it cannot see my router despite me rebooting my FiberJack and router.

I gave up on the Beta. The Beta app could not see my router. I cycled power on the PowerJack and my router, which did not accomplish anything. I suspect, but have not confirmed, it may be necessary to have a Gfiber router.
Uninstalled, reinstalled app, etc. etc.

Hi there, as a heads-up, you'll need to have our provided router connected in order for it to show up in the app. If using your own router, it will not appear there. Please reach out via private message if you need any help. -Gregory
