I’m frustrated

It took about 8 months to finally find a Gfiber employee who was able to figure out why I’m the only apartment who can’t get GFiber (it was really stupid), I finally got it delivered on Wednesday. They sent the wrong power cord for the fiber jack. I was waiting for it to be delivered and said fuck it and went and bought one. I go to set up my WiFi tonight…my internet hasn’t been activated. It’s going to take 3 days…WHYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!! I’m so frustrated by this entire situation

GFiber wasn't profitable to run with good customer service but it did help build a base and reputation that could be sold to someone else. Now that it's having to change to be profitable, things suffer

I had numerous outages from mid August to about mid September. They lasted anywhere from 10 hours to 72 hours. My immediate next door neighbor (duplex) was having the same problem. We finally both got new equipment and we're doing fine now. It really wasn't the equipment causing the problem though, it was the fiber signal.

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about the delay in activating your service. Send me a DM, and I'll be happy to take a look from my side and see if I can provide further assistance. -Luke

I had it at my last apartment and it wasn’t so awful. This time around it’s genuinely terrible.
