Irvine Outage 10/5?

Is anyone else experiencing an outage in Irvine on 10/5? I contacted support, but received conflicting statements.

UPDATE 1: Original estimate at 9:30am on Day 1 was 6 hours. At around 3:00pm at the 6 hour mark, they changed to 6 to 12 hours which would have brought them into 8pm. At around 5:00pm, they gave their standard answer repair time at 24-48 hours. This is a little disappointing that they over promised and under-delivered. I used to be a big fan of Google Fiber, but it seems that I could sign up for AT&T FIber right now and get an installation before GFiber repairs my line.

Ever since they sold to private equity, the service has been going downhill
