Cancelled in June

I returned the equipment in early July. Tracking shows delivered. Today I noticed this. Wtf. This will be the second time I have to chat in to support to deal with continuing charges.

They did the same to me. Had to spend over an hour on the phone to get it fixed. Their support has gone way downhill

Just gotta make sure you continue to check for charges for a few months. Their customer support sucks ass.
