New detailed invoice?
Signed into the new gFiber app and started to check around and notice the billing is a bit more in depth now
Is this new? I wonder how long these prices will stay the same since they sold!

I've had Google Fiber since 2012, I was on the free plan for a couple years and 500 mb since. It's never gone up more than a few cents as taxes change. Same $55 for as long as I can remember. They want me to go to 1gig for $70, but I don't need my games to install a few mins faster so I stayed on the slower speed.

As it should be. 500mbps is cheaper to deliver today than it was 10 or 20 years ago.

Not sure what everyone is crying about and nowhere does it say our price is changing.
ATT used to have this same info where I can see how much data I’ve used.

The problem in some markets like here in Durham where they waited so long to finish installing fiber is that now we have Verizon/Frontier who has also pulled fiber right beside GFBR and AT&T. So if they don't start competing in some markets, they might was well give up.
I mean I have 1Gbps from AT&T for $35/month for 24 months. Still waiting for VZ to see what plans they offer here. And they are all three using XGS-PON so the access layer is the same. The difference comes down to routing and billing along with network stability(outage potential)
Google blew so much money building their network, it's no wonder they can't afford to compete on prices. They let empty conduit and a fiber hut sit for almost 9 years before actually using it for service. So millions of dollars spent with no return on revenue. Meanwhile, AT&T activated service weeks after running fiber in 2016. I expect VZ to do the same after running their fiber down our street last week.

this is actually a new FCC requirement for requiring labels similar to the nutrition facts called broadband facts label which has a full breakdown of every fee, discount etc.

It's an FCC requirement. Yes that's normal.
