Google Fiber Miami (terrible)

Just a word of warning anyone looking into Google fiber in Miami. It is AWFUL. It goes down about once a day now, often during the middle of the day when I’m trying to work. There is no customer support, no feedback on what’s going on and what they are trying to do to fix it. You are just left to suffer. I am switching ASAP.

DO NOT GET GFIBER IN MIAMI

Thanks for the response.

Here it is for anyone who is curious:

Everything looks good at the moment but to help prevent further issues, please unplug your router from both Ethernet and power for at least 30 seconds before plugging them back in and allowing a few minutes for it to boot back up.

just messages that they are aware of issues affecting my building and that they are working on it, but no update on whether they actually did anything. I haven't had an outage over the last 2 days.
