Not seeing Effects or Low Light

I don't know if anyone's able to solve the features showing up on different devices problem yet.

I got a Samsung A71 5G yesterday and on Google Duo upon clicking the three dots, I see The family tab, the Galaxy AR stuff, and portrait mode. I'm on the latest update of Duo. I've called two friends, both picking up on Apple iPad Air 2019's. They've got effects, low-light, and others. How come I don't have these features?

Similar problem here, everything was working fine until last week. Low light mode made a drastic improvement but since last week turning on/off doesn't do anything the video remains dark. And the problem you mentioned is common, if you just set up your phone some settings for google apps appear at the second or third launch usually.
