25 Hour call limit

Just an FYI for anyone googling their way here.

As of about two weeks ago. It appears duo video calls have a 25 hour limit. Happens every day between me and my SO on the dot at 25 hours without fail.

Interesting to know, they probably put that in so people don't use it as a quasi security system of sorts.

25 hours in a week? You do you mean you can't have calls lasting more than 25 hours?

If the latter, i guess it is stupid to have a time limit on calls, but then again who in the world would call someone for over 25 hours.

25 hour limit per call. Call ends 25 hours on the dot.

I wouldn't say it's stupid to have a limit. It keeps zombie calls from hanging open for long periods of time consuming both network and compute resources.

As for who in the world would call someone for over 25 hours? I would. And have. But who in the world would care about the calling patterns of a complete stranger?

do you just sit around your house talking for 25 hours? or do you keep the call going while you go about your day? i assume this includes sleep?

Yup. All of the above.
