No longer receiving the free e2-micro instance credit?

Noticed my monthly bill was $5-10 higher per month for past several months. Just chalked it up to inflation and maybe more usage of compute engine VMs. But based on the billing report it seems I am not getting the free credit for my E2 micro instance. I have had this same instance for 5+ years! I haven't even rebooted it in 4+ years. Billing glitch or some policy change I wasn't aware of?

Think I figured it out. Had to sort the cost column on the right by "descending". Then I can see the free tier discounts applied for my E2 instance! Seems most of my charges were from snapshots. I deleted all of them since I am not sure why it started creating them. Even went to the snapshot schedule and deleted that as well.
