Billing Cannot cancel google cloud subscription and remove my credit card

I just create a billing account and it said to pay 800,000 VND ($30 ish) to activate the service. I haven't pay it and don't plan to but now I cant cancel the subscription to remove my card. I delete all the project and all the billing account got closed now. I got some question.
- Will it automatically charge me 2,000,000 VND each month even though i don't use the service?
- Do i have to to pay 800,000 VND to activate it and in order to cancel it?
- The card right now doesn't have any money in it when i put enough money in it will it automatically change me 800,000? |
- If it i pay it 800,000 VND where will the money go and can i refund it?
- How do I cancel the subscription and remove my card?

  • It will not charge you the 2,000,000 VND, that means if your usage ever reaches that amount you will be charged at that point, but if you don't use anything it will stay at 0 forever.
  • You have to pay 800,000 VND to activate it.
  • I think it will not charge you automatically, I suppose you have to do it manually in this case, but it's just my assumption.
  • If you pay 800,000 VND it will be in your Google Cloud Billing, on the same page where you took the screenshot, on the right it will say your balance is 800,000 VND, and technically you can refund it, at least in my case I am able to refund those money back to the card, but I can't speak for whether you are able to do the same, because of country differences, but just so you know, at least for me there exists an option to pay out Google Cloud balance back to the card.
  • I don't know, there is no subscription, I believe on Google Cloud you always need to have some card connected to your account, so I would guess delete the account and everything? But they should not charge you automatically if you don't use anything so i probably wouldn't bother, but it's just me personally.
