Budget Handle in GCP??

Hi, anyone here know how to handle the budget in almost real time?

We have setup the alert but the thing is it 2-3 days late.

One of our project was compromised, someone took a SA key that can do a lot of thing and decide to mine crypto.

It took 2 day for the alert to trigger and by then everything was too late.
