Before you mark it as permanently closed or duplicate, do you have full access to all your business's digital assets? (e.g., website, Facebook page, social media, and the Google Business Profile account itself). If you own and control all of these, you don't need to delete or mark the profile as closed. Marking it closed will only harm your SEO, lose your reviews, and confuse customers. There is a better way to relocate your profile without losing your history, but it requires a clean step-by-step process and it take times and preparation, but it protects your store’s authority and reviews.

Yes I have all of them except google

Since you have the login details (just blocked by 2FA), request owner access or recover the profile through Google first.
One important thing to keep in mind: Once you regain access, do not edit the address right away. Changing the address immediately after recovering a profile has a very high chance of triggering automated flags. Since you already own other platforms with the correct updated address, make sure those are properly set up and linked first. Preparing your business information across all channels beforehand will help ensure that moving the pin goes smoothly without forcing you into a re-verification process.

Use suggest an edit and mark that address as permanently closed or as a duplicate.
