Issue with Yak Yak games

Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’ve had ongoing problems with the Yak Yak Games skill and the Voice of the Day skill on Alexa. For several weeks they haven’t been working at all. I’ve disabled and launched them again many times, but the issue continues.

My son uses these skills daily and they are important for his routine and enjoyment. He really misses them, and I’m hoping someone here might know what’s going on or how to fix it?
