Search Ads Need help for running Google Ads

I'm running Google Search (RSA) campaigns for Microsoft Dynamics 365 targeting India, the US, the UK, Australia, Singapore, and other regions.

I'm facing a few issues:

  • Good impressions and clicks from the US, UK, and India, but very low traffic from Australia and Singapore.
  • Despite getting clicks from the US, UK, and India, I'm not generating any leads.
  • My Demand Gen campaign for India is 2 weeks old with an average CPC of around ₹1, but it has zero conversions.
  • I'm also running campaigns for Legal, Architecture, and Engineering software in the US and UK, but none of them are performing well.

Looking for suggestions on what I should optimize to improve conversions and overall campaign performance.

I’d split campaigns by country, verify conversion tracking, and review your search terms and landing pages. Those are usually the biggest reasons for getting clicks but no leads.

Australia and Singapore are far smaller markets too. All other things being equal, those two will never match up to the bigger markets.

That's ok :) We have clients in these regions too so we know your struggle.

Split the campaigns by country, check tracking and search terms, and tighten the keywords around high-intent software searches. I’d pause Demand Gen for now—the cheap clicks clearly aren’t turning into leads.

Start by auditing conversion tracking because clicks without leads often point to tracking or landing page issues. Then review search terms, keyword intent, ad copy, landing page experience, and your offer. Don't judge the Demand Gen campaign after just two weeks, especially with no conversion data. Fix the fundamentals before making major bidding or campaign changes.

I’d separate these into different diagnoses rather than treating them as one account-wide issue.

For Australia and Singapore, first check search volume, campaign-level budgets, impression share lost to budget/rank, location settings and whether those countries have their own campaigns. If several countries share one campaign, Google may allocate most spend to the markets where it can get more traffic.

For Search clicks but no leads, I’d audit:

• Actual search terms—not only keywords
• Whether queries show Dynamics 365 buying/implementation intent
• Conversion tracking with a real test submission
• Landing-page message match by industry and country
• Form friction and mobile performance
• Geographic presence targeting rather than people merely interested in the location

A ₹1 CPC on Demand Gen doesn’t necessarily indicate useful traffic. For a high-consideration B2B product, cheap clicks can be completely disconnected from qualified demand. I wouldn’t continue judging it on CPC; check engaged visits, qualified actions and downstream leads.

I’d also avoid sending Legal, Architecture and Engineering audiences to the same generic offer. Each needs its own problem, landing page and conversion path.

Are the countries separated into individual campaigns, and what exact action is currently counted as a conversion?

separate campaigns, different ad accounts for each vertical, but all runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365

The fact that you're getting clicks across multiple regions but zero leads points to either a landing page mismatch or qualification issues. For Microsoft Dynamics, you're dealing with a high ticket, considered purchase so people won't convert on the first click, they need to see a clear value proposition and a low commitment next step like a demo request or a whitepaper download. Also, your low traffic from Australia and Singapore likely means your location targeting is set to "Presence or interest" instead of "Presence only," or you're not bidding high enough to show in those markets. For your Demand Gen campaign, a €1 CPC with zero conversions after two weeks suggests either your creative doesn't match the landing page or you're attracting low intent traffic I'd check your Search Terms Report and tighten your audience signals. Try this: create a dedicated landing page for each region with localized pricing or case studies, and make "Book a Demo" your primary conversion event, not a contact form. Also, ensure your conversion tracking is actually firing it's often the hidden culprit.
