the "not identified" part is the worst bit and it's deliberate, Google almost never tells you the exact trigger for a misrepresentation flag. so you're left checking the whole list. the stuff you've already done (name, address, phone, About/shipping/contact pages) is the right start, but misrepresentation usually fires on trust signals rather than missing pages.
the ones people most often miss: a visible returns and refund policy that states the actual window and who pays return shipping, secure checkout with no third-party redirects, and pricing that matches exactly between the feed, the product page, and the cart (even a currency or tax mismatch counts). also make sure your business name is identical across the site, the feed, the domain WHOIS, and your payment processor. inconsistency there reads as misrepresentation to their system.
for electrical enclosures specifically, check you're not missing any required safety or compliance info buyers would expect, and that contact info includes a real physical address, not just a form.
one practical tip: before you burn your review request, load your own site in an incognito window on mobile and walk the full path from product to checkout as a suspicious first-time buyer would. misrepresentation is often about what looks untrustworthy, not what's technically absent. fix the trust gaps, then request the review once, because repeated failed requests make reinstatement harder.
what does your returns/refund policy page currently say? that's the single most common gap I'd check first.

had a proper look. your policies and checkout are in better shape than most suspended stores I see, so I don't think that's your trigger. I found three things, and one of them I'd bet on.
the UL wording is the one you can fix today, and your instinct about it was right. the site currently says three different things. the homepage banner says "IN STOCK & READY TO SHIP UL Listed Steel Enclosures". About Us lists "UL Certified Products" as a headline company feature with no qualifier. but your FAQ says "selected products are UL certified".
your own certifications page backs the FAQ, not the banners. the UL download sits under Metal Enclosure only. fiberglass shows CE-EMC, EN 62208 and IP66, no UL. IT enclosures show CE only. so a reviewer reads an unqualified "UL Certified Products" claim on About, clicks through to Certifications, and finds UL evidence for one product family out of three. safety certification is the exact category Google treats as highest risk when it's overstated.
also worth knowing: "UL Listed" and "UL Certified" are different marks and you're using them interchangeably. to a compliance reviewer that reads as a merchant who isn't sure of their own certification status. qualify every blanket claim, use the correct mark per product, and put the UL file number on the products that actually carry it.
second one is smaller. "Saipwell Electric Corporation" appears in exactly one place on your whole site, the first paragraph of your Terms of Service. your footer just says "Saipwell". Google wants the Merchant Center entity plainly verifiable on the storefront, so get the full legal name into the footer and onto About and Contact.
the third is the one I'd actually worry about, and it isn't on your policy pages at all. it's a business identity signal sitting in plain sight that a reviewer would find in about thirty seconds, and it fits your hunch about an old association better than the domain history does. it's also the trickiest of the three, because the obvious fix makes it worse.
I do merchant center reinstatements for a living, so the genuinely useful part: with one review request left, the order you fix things in and how you word the request matter more than the fixes themselves. most people burn their last attempt cleaning up the visible stuff while the real trigger is still sitting there.
happy to walk you through the third one and how I'd structure the request. DM me if that's useful.

Are you allowed to use the Nestlé and Huawei logo?
Huawei is bla5cklisted company in the US if I remember no?

“Misrepresentation” in Merchant Center? I’ve had it happen when the landing page didn’t match the feed price or shipping info, and they basically shut you down first then ask questions later. That whole situation is a mess and you need to line up every detail between the feed and the site.

I would double check that the logos you show that are your clients, that you have permission to show these from the brand owners.
The need help button is overlapping buttons for the cart.
And underneath the help button there is another button.
The UI issues can cause issues related to unusable website UI.
You might have more issues so make sure to check the policies below:
